This week I learned how to grow a romanesco


A romanesco is a broccoli and can be grown in winter. It needs soft soil and a little bit of water to make it grow perfectly. The taste texture is a crunchy taste but very delicate and nutty.

The reason I researched this vegetable is because  My class is making a garden and we had to pick two vegetables to put in our garden and to find out a little bit about them.
